drim is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered after dispatch where the carrier’s tracking shows successful delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in opening a carrier claim or reviewing the case.
9. Shipping delays
If we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on our website or at checkout, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

10. Split shipments
